Solt SA (Pty) LTD is a business in the Electronic cigarette industry that imports salt nic e-liquid for selling

Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, purchases will be processed within 24h during week days being Monday to Friday, delivery/tracking number will be confirmed by way of email. We utilize the services of Iyeza Logistics and The Courier Guy for our orders throughout South Africa

Export Restriction
The offering on the website is available to South African customers only

Returns and Refunds
Unfortunately once E-liquids are opened cannot be returned due to the nature of the product

The purchaser shall inspect the goods on arrival and must notify SOLT SA within 24h of receipt of the goods if any goods have been damaged or not received. In case of an incorrect flavour or strength provided, please do not open the bottle and contact soltnicsa@gmail.com immediately.

Please note that E-Liquid will not be refunded if opened

SOLT SA shall take all reasonable steps to protect personal information of users. The purpose of this clause “personal information” shall defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA)

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or EFT into the SOLT SA bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
